Summary: OsynX Bridge is a Google Sheets™ add-on that connects your spreadsheet to your Samsara™ account. The add-on runs within your Google account; OsynX does not operate backend servers for your fleet data and does not sell your information.

1. Data accessed

• Google Sheets™ data: read and write cell values in the active spreadsheet to display fleet information.
• Basic profile/identity: your Google account name and email for identifying the signed-in user and showing account-specific UI.
• Apps Script container & locale: sidebar/dialog rendering and date/label formatting.
• User-provided configuration: Samsara™ API token and Org ID (entered by you) stored with the spreadsheet.

2. Data usage

Accessed data is used solely to: (a) request read-only data from Samsara™ over HTTPS, (b) write results into your active sheet (including “Open in Samsara™” deep links with a current timestamp), and (c) render settings and actions in the add-on sidebar.
No accessed Google user data is used for analytics, advertising, or profiling.

3. Data sharing

OsynX Bridge does not share Google user data with any third parties. API requests to Samsara™ are made directly from your Google Sheet to Samsara’s HTTPS endpoints.

4. Data storage & protection

OsynX Bridge does not transmit or store Google user data on OsynX servers. Configuration values you enter (e.g., Samsara™ token, Org ID) are stored in that spreadsheet’s document properties and remain under your Google account control, protected by Google’s account and Workspace security infrastructure.

5. Data retention & deletion

OsynX Bridge does not retain user data outside your Google account. Data written to the sheet remains until you change or delete it. You can delete configuration by clearing the sheet’s document properties or removing the add-on, and you can revoke access at any time in Google Account > Security > Third-party access.

6. Security

Your Samsara™ token’s permissions determine what can be read. We recommend using read-only tokens and rotating them periodically. All external requests use HTTPS.

7. Your choices

• Revoke or rotate your Samsara™ token at any time.
• Remove the add-on or clear the sheet’s properties to delete configuration.
• Revoke OsynX Bridge’s OAuth access from your Google Account settings.
